Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Policy Deposits & Payment A deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your session or workshop. Deposit amounts: WorkWell Workshops — $150 WeWed Coaching — $50 Coach Lovey Sessions — $25 The remaining balance is due 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled session. If you book within 3 days of your session, full payment is required at booking. Cancellation Policy Cancel 3 or more days before your session: Your deposit is kept, and any remaining balance you’ve paid will be refunded. Cancel within 3 days of your session or miss your appointment: No refunds will be issued. Rescheduling You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your session without penalty. If a rescheduled session is later canceled, the deposit remains applied. Agreement By booking, you agree to this policy and understand that deposits secure preparation time and calendar availability.
