Cancellation Policy

Full Payment Required: All sessions and workshops must be paid in full at the time of booking. Non-Refundable Portion: A portion of your payment is non-refundable, even if you cancel. This covers preparation and reserved time. WorkWell Workshops → $150 non-refundable WeWed Coaching → $50 non-refundable Coach Lovey Sessions → $25 non-refundable Refunds for Cancellations: If you cancel 7 days or more in advance, you’ll receive a refund of the balance (minus the non-refundable portion). If you cancel less than 7 days in advance or do not show up, no refund will be issued. Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance without losing your payment (minus the non-refundable portion if you later cancel). Disputes: By booking, you agree to this policy. Ritual or Candle Kit $65 – Full kit with candle, herbs, and step-by-step ritual guide. Custom Candle Making $25 ea (up to 50) – Group or personal activity to create meaningful candles. Playlist Add-On $20 – Curated music list to match your mood, energy, or event theme. Printed Workbooks $10 ea (up to 100) – Handouts for notes, exercises, and tracking growth. Extra Workshop Hour $150 (up to 3) – Add more time for deeper engagement and connection. Catering Coordination $200 – Hassle-free refreshment planning for workshops.
