Some challenges need more than a quick reset — they require time, space, and focused attention. The Individual Deep-Dive Session is designed for moments when you’re ready to move beyond surface-level concerns and address what’s been shaping your thoughts, choices, and relationships. During this 90-minute session, we take a deeper look at the patterns that may be keeping you stuck — whether that’s people-pleasing, repeated relationship dynamics, self-doubt, or difficulty setting and maintaining boundaries. Together, we identify what’s driving these cycles and work intentionally toward clearer communication, stronger self-trust, and more grounded decision-making. This session blends reflection, guided conversation, and practical strategy so you leave with insight you can actually use — not just awareness, but direction. This session supports: Breaking repeated emotional or relational patterns Strengthening personal boundaries and self-expression Navigating major life or identity transitions Building confidence in decision-making and communication Clients often choose this session when they feel ready to shift how they show up — personally, relationally, or professionally — and want support that goes deeper than a standard session. You’ll leave with greater clarity, renewed confidence, and a clearer sense of how to move forward with intention.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Policy Deposits & Payment A deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your session or workshop. Deposit amounts: WorkWell Workshops — $150 WeWed Coaching — $50 Coach Lovey Sessions — $25 The remaining balance is due 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled session. If you book within 3 days of your session, full payment is required at booking. Cancellation Policy Cancel 3 or more days before your session: Your deposit is kept, and any remaining balance you’ve paid will be refunded. Cancel within 3 days of your session or miss your appointment: No refunds will be issued. Rescheduling You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your session without penalty. If a rescheduled session is later canceled, the deposit remains applied. Agreement By booking, you agree to this policy and understand that deposits secure preparation time and calendar availability.
