Life can feel heavy when responsibilities pile up, stress builds, and clarity fades. This 60-minute session is designed to help you slow things down, sort through what’s really happening, and regain direction. This is an interactive coaching session — not just talking things through. Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, clarify what matters most right now, and map out practical next steps that feel realistic and sustainable. Clients often come in feeling overwhelmed by repeated patterns — in relationships, decision-making, or emotional cycles. This session helps uncover the root of those patterns and brings awareness, structure, and choice back into the picture. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Policy Deposits & Payment A deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your session or workshop. Deposit amounts: WorkWell Workshops — $150 WeWed Coaching — $50 Coach Lovey Sessions — $25 The remaining balance is due 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled session. If you book within 3 days of your session, full payment is required at booking. Cancellation Policy Cancel 3 or more days before your session: Your deposit is kept, and any remaining balance you’ve paid will be refunded. Cancel within 3 days of your session or miss your appointment: No refunds will be issued. Rescheduling You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your session without penalty. If a rescheduled session is later canceled, the deposit remains applied. Agreement By booking, you agree to this policy and understand that deposits secure preparation time and calendar availability.
